Meeting points, art, and inclusion through audio descriptions
We were delighted to collaborate with Off Stream on “Meeting Points” (Σημεία Συνάντησης)—a series of inclusive audience-engagement initiatives held at art museums across Greece. Human voice & AI
Although the commercial use of AI voices has skyrocketed recently, the human voice remains irreplaceable when it comes to the ability to interpret, deliver, and express emotions.
At NRG Productions, we work exclusively with real human voices and aim to collaborate with clients through live video sessions; this allows us—via dialogue and the exchange of ideas during the recording process—to capture exactly what each production requires.
The many human vocal characteristics—such as warmth, enthusiasm, hesitation, sensuality, irony, humor, and emphasis—can convey subtle emotional nuances that are invaluable to the final result; something that AI (fortunately, for now) does not grasp.
Artificial intelligence indeed provides amazing tools for our field as well—tools that we use on a daily basis.
But when we turn on the microphones, we choose to record only with real people!
The ever-increasing demands on the world market for audiovisual content production lead to the search for more and more audio services (voiceover, production music, sound design, audio localization) that can be created immediately and in the highest possible quality.
Research shows that the volume of voice over that is circulated daily multiplies year after year, while the demand for top level audio post production increases in parallel.
All audio samples hosted on our website were recorded in our studios and are the intellectual property of NRG Productions.
